What’s the difference between the management fee and the ad spend?+
The management fee covers my time — setting up, monitoring, and optimising your campaigns. The ad spend is what you pay directly to Google and goes entirely toward showing your ads. I charge a flat monthly management fee that doesn’t increase as your ad budget grows, so there’s no conflict of interest in how I manage your spend.
What’s the minimum ad budget I need in Berlin?+
It depends on your market and goals. For most local Berlin service businesses, a daily budget of €10–30 is enough to start gathering useful data. I’ll tell you honestly if your budget is too small to be meaningful for a given market — I’d rather say that upfront than run a campaign that can’t work.
How soon can I expect results from Google Ads?+
Unlike SEO, paid search can generate enquiries within days of launch. The first few weeks are a learning period — I’m collecting data and refining what works. Expect the first month to be about gathering signal, the second month to be measurably more efficient, and ongoing improvements from there. Each month you get a plain-language report covering what was spent, what it produced (clicks, calls, form fills), what changed, and what I’m planning next. You always have access to your own Google Ads account.
